I could not imagine any better service than I have received. My request for quote was acted on, my order received and acknowledged and payment received all on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered two frames, they arrived quickly and very well packaged, they were both exactly the correct size. rnOne was exactly as shown on the website, sadly the other was nothing like the website photo at all - instead of a soft white rustic, it arrived as dark grey underneath, covered in a thin layer of white, giving it an almost stripey appearance. I at first thought (as did the supplier) that it was a mistake and a different frame has been made up. the supplier was very pleasant to deal with but due to a misunderstanding I was required to pay the $15 postage to return the frame to them, which they worked on to give it a more white appearance and returned to me. So instead of $126, the frame ended up costing me $141 and although it is better, it is still not like the one shown on the website. After sending an email photo of the work they had done on the frame, the company did not follow up with me after delivery. I would not order custom picture frames online again.

I'd like to tell you how grateful I am for what today's mail brought me: a package which contained not only the dark brown filler you offered to send me, but a replacement frame as well! That was very kind and thoughtful of you. Now that's what I call superb customer service! Thank you for helping me. I was concerned and wasn't at all sure if I could make the problem frame look as good as the replacement looks, but I'll give it a try and I'll let you know how I make out. In the meantime, I can proceed with the project involving the original frames. Best wishes!
