Plaque Mount Job
Thanks so much for the great job on my icon (plaque). The corners were perfectly mitered, my artwork was sized exactly right, and the wood color was just what I hoped. My only warning to customers is that my artwork spent a month in Canadian customs on its way to you, so people need to plan for that if they are physically sending artwork. But once my piece was received by you, everything was timely, including shipping. Thanks again for the wonderful work!

I am extremely disappointed in the mug you produced. I ordered the 15 oz mug as shown on your website, but that is not what I received. In fact, I measured the liquid capacity, and it\'s 13.5 oz, not 15 oz. In addition, the background of the artwork I sent was white, but the final product has tiny pink and purple dots all over it. I will never be using your company again.

Quick turn around time ordered on Dec 14th, received an email to clarify info on the 15th (happy to receive email as I was unsure about size so this communication put my mind at ease) and received email stating it was in transit with Canada Post the next day.
