Not Happy... The instructions and feedback messages would have to be a bit more friendly. There was no way of knowing if the order had been sent or received by you. Because of that I re-ordered and should not have. The picture arrived with the mounting hook on the wrong end. If I use the mounting hook then the picture is upside down.
Other than that the framing and photo is very good.

We are delighted with the giclee prints on canvas and we will now begin to promote this new format along with the very successful metal prints. Terrific work, everyone. Will be submitting a new order by the end of the week or early next week. The season here in Texas is finally beginning to get some steam and we anticipate good sales for our gallery in the next couple of months.

It was a bit harried at first. I needed to head to the San Francisco DHL warehouse to get a box that was never delivered!!! Still, all is well that ends well.
