I just wanted to say thank you

I wanted a large photo print as a gift to my wife. The idea came to me late in the game so I hunted locally and on the internet to determine who could produce a large 60 X 40 inch print and if I could get it fast. I contacted \"KeenART\" and they said they could do it. I placed the order and uploaded the image. The outstanding quality print was delivered to Winnipeg on time. My wife opened it on her birthday and the photo brought tears of joy to her eyes. Unfortunately, the frame and print had been damaged in shipping. I contacted Reza at KeenART and informed her of the problem. KeenART promptly created another print and shipped it immediately. It arrived in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to my friends and family.

I ordered two frames, they arrived quickly and very well packaged, they were both exactly the correct size. rnOne was exactly as shown on the website, sadly the other was nothing like the website photo at all - instead of a soft white rustic, it arrived as dark grey underneath, covered in a thin layer of white, giving it an almost stripey appearance. I at first thought (as did the supplier) that it was a mistake and a different frame has been made up. the supplier was very pleasant to deal with but due to a misunderstanding I was required to pay the $15 postage to return the frame to them, which they worked on to give it a more white appearance and returned to me. So instead of $126, the frame ended up costing me $141 and although it is better, it is still not like the one shown on the website. After sending an email photo of the work they had done on the frame, the company did not follow up with me after delivery. I would not order custom picture frames online again.

I needed a rush order on a 30\"x20\" canvas print and had a lot of trouble finding companies that could print it in time, let alone delivery within 5 business days. Ottawa On Canvas was quick and easy to deal with and was delivered within 48 hours (thanks to expensive shipping, mind you). It looks fantastic - a wonderful job and under a tight deadline.
