Did not come with spacers :( KeenART: Spacers are optional for shadowbox frames and can be purchased separately based on the depth required.

My plaque mount has mounting issues. I will send a photo of the crease. KeenART: This was not due to a our error. This poster had very bad water or moisture damage to the it. So where the image has been damp or wet the paper shrinks and will not lay flat (you can notice this by rubbing your hand over the poster and it does not lay flat. Therefore when we laminate and drymount the print to the MDF wood the area where the poster has been moisture damaged will crease. Unfortunately we get a lot of these damaged prints sent to us every week as it is a cheap way to have it protected. I hope this helps. Thank you so much for the print. It looks amazing. The only thing I was a little concerned over was that the box had gotten wet during shipping. It didn't affect the print at all but it made me concerned that there wasn't an extra bag or plastic wrap around the foam protector. Overall the canvass looks great. Thank you so much!!
