I thought customer service was a thing of the past however dealing with CanadaOnCanvas has changed that. I received a frame that was not square and contacted customer service. They were apologetic and immediately corrected the order with no problem. Their personal attention and speedy response was incredible. I received the print of my order and it is terrific. I know the mosaic aspect is not perfect but it serves my purpose very well. In fact I would like to place a second order using the same mosaic pictures and a different main photo.
