I am feeling extremely disappointed. I ordered early; clearly communicated that the client absolutely needed the order to install no later than Nov 14th. Called twice to ensure this was understood and was assured it was no problem. Now the order is not arriving until Nov 25th! Really bad

The instructions and feedback messages would have to be a bit more friendly. There was no way of knowing if the order had been sent or received by you. Because of that I re-ordered and should not have. The picture arrived with the mounting hook on the wrong end. If I use the mounting hook then the picture is upside down. Other than that the framing and photo is very good.

I had been searching for paintings of my favourite mountains where my husband and I travel each year, and could not find anything I liked in any gallery anywhere, local or distant. I sent two photos to KeenART to be made into oil paintings and they are not only better than I had hoped for, but they are also better than anything I saw in high end galleries. Thank you.
